How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Should you be dissatisfied with any product purchase through this website, please return your purchase within 10 days of receiving your order. We will exchange the product or refund the purchase amount on your account minus any shipping and handling fees within 30 days of your purchase. There is a $5 restocking fee for each item being returned. The returned item must be in new and unused condition. A copy of your invoice is needed to receive a full refund along with a letter explaining the reason for the refund.

Returning a custom pouch (size given by the customer): Due to the nature of the product we cannot resell your customized pouch, therefore we do not offer refunds for custom pouches.

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Often orders are shipped out on the same day. Once your order is in transit, cancellation of your order is not possible.

*Please note: Returns cannot be applied due to a dissatisfaction of the graphic artwork. All the graphic artwork is hand silk-screened & therefore the graphic may vary from pouch to pouch.

Warranty: The warranty for the Kozygo pouch is 3 months from the date of purchase. Warranty only applies to problems with craftsmanship & does not apply to the wear & tear of the product over time. It is the responsibility of the user to check the zipper regularly & to make sure the zipper is working properly.
When will my order ship?
  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please allow 3-5 days for us to make up your order before it is shipped.
